I took a stab at mine:
bought a ring
went ice skating for the first time ever
proposed and got engaged - also for the first time ever
started a side project
and got the first client
picked up new skills in design, photography, and getting things done
moved to a new apartment
moved in with a girl, just the two of us
furnished the darn place
